Victron VRM "Invalid Credentials"

Casting a very wide net in hopes someone else using Victron knows about this. I am having problems logging into vrm.victronenergy.com

I have an account, can log in only on one laptop that I initially set up the account on using email. I can share the account to my Android phone, but I cannot log into the account on anything other than my initial computer, so I cannot remotely control it. Trying to log in on any other computer/phone gives me this "Invalid Credentials" error. Have not gotten any support from Victron except that their support forum had one moderator state that it shouldn't be an issue and they would look into it, but have not gotten any responses since. The only other workaround suggested was to create another email and I tried that, but it only worked for one day, it no longer works.
