Schnieder XW AGS not operating a 2 wire start

Moved a system for a customer from the barn to his new shop. Now I can't get the AGS to start the generator. When I tell it to manually start, I can hear the relay click, but nothing. Tried a second AGS, same thing. The generator starts just fine when i touch the two wires together. Ideas?
