Problem with grid support settings

I have a Xantrex XW 4024 Hybrid. 16 solar panels attached. 4 batteries for backup.

Currently, the solar panels are full of snow, so no production. However, the system has the following cycle, even without solar production: charges the batteries from the grid, once charged, sells electricity to the grid until batteries below min level. This is not what I want. I want the batteries charged at 100 % all the time for BACKUP purposes. Otherwise, when the solar panels produce, I want the electricity produced to first charge the batteries and second to sell to the grid.

What settings are required to do this? The current loop is ridiculous, for if the grid comes off, then the batteries will not be at 100%...
