Missouri wind and solar controller

I found an interesting CC that has TWO inputs for solar panels, they say that it would be ideal for users who have panels set in different directions.
Question(s)
1. does anyone have one they can comment on? Soft copy of the manual?
2. I was told that the load is manual switched only? That's curious, most CC's I know of have settings for load on off times.

This appears to be the controller:The manual here (you may get an Certificate Error--I just ignored it and downloaded the manual):This is a PWM controller... So there is no good or bad having two different solar panel inputs (panels on same planes, or different angles, I don't thing there is any advantage to two panel inputs).A quick read of the manual, I cannot see any connection details on the dual solar panels input (i.e., perhaps 1/2 the array on one terminal and the other 1/2 on the other terminal--use smaller AWG wiring, etc.).-BillNear San Francisco California: 3.5kWatt Grid Tied Solar power system+small backup genset
