Quatro or Multiplus II

Here is a simple question, which would be the best approach:

2 * Multiplus II 5000kVA   or   1 * Quatro 8000kVA with Ziel UFR1001E

I have a generator, but it is the cheapest 6.5kVA backup genset, it is currently on a make-break-make lever switch to switch between mains and generator, which is probably where it should stay given it is a last resort option, my thinking was to put an ESS on the mains side (DC and AC coupled) and to leave the generator where it is and hence adopt the 2 * Muliplus II approach which is also the cheapest.
