any one having luck getting parts for any ZomeWorks rack?

When I got my tracker from ZomeWorks, I was very happy to see the 10 year warranty, but now that I need to get parts for it, they are out of business. I need to get a replacement shock for the tracker and no one has them. Any help or ideas? I have the UTRF-072, and I paid over 3K for it.

    They are gone ! kaputt !  I will ask a bud but gas leaks may have been to much over the years. I always like electric track as I can do electronics easily. Gas leaks are for HVAC folks.

    He said, "As to the shock, it's a standard car shock absorber. You'll have to try and figure out what size etc but hopefully the info is still stamped on the shock "
