If you had an array at 75v DC and you wanted to run a DC line 80 ft off of the array itself to power a pump and wanted only 25v DC
how would you do it?What components would you have at the pump side?

Is this direct from solar panels, or a battery/similar power source?
There are lots of DC to DC down converters on Amazon and EBay these days... And they are pretty cheap (get 5x, and have spares). An example (may not be a good fit with your Vdc-input voltage):

There are Linear Current Boosters for well pumps... Not sure if any will fit your needs. Not cheap:
