Circuit Board /Charger Controller

Hello forum, i need some help. I have a charge controller from a whisper 1500 watt wind turbine. Now two diods D6 and D7 are burnd of and i have no idee what typ. Has anybody a working charger controller or a schema of the circuit board, to get some information. Thanks for any help.

    Those could be anything. I don't suspect they function in normal operation. They could be simply reverse protection or TVSS diodes designed to take very momentary surges, Likely TVSS and a P6KExxx could be used of appropriate voltage.  It looks like a lightning strike so those are the least of your problems.  Before proceeding, check the four FET by measuring the resistance of the two outside pins of the three.  Any resistance under 100 ohms indicates they are bad.
