SMA Sunny Island EQ and Full CHg resetting

Hello.
I After trying a few different settings I still see the EQ and Full charge timers reset every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times in a day..
Both charge profiles never run. Sma have made suggestions but trying thier profile doesnt work either...
Has anyone had the same experiences or can enlighten me on why this is occuring?
