This inverter will not qualify DC voltage input, it continues to register the Fault & will not clear it, the dc voltage at the inverter is
+55vdc. It qualifies the AC voltage OK this inverter was purchased in 2011 also an extended warranty was purchased at the same time, which Ends 17 AUG 2021, I have made numerous attempts to contact Schneider Electric for support help on this problem.
But since they have moved the company to Canada I have not had any success in getting any tech help from them, does anyone out there have any suggestions?

What is the fault number? You are going to have to know this BTW
To get support you are going to have to fill out the form and wait unless you are an installer/designer.
