How to participate in Solar Academy webinars
 
Registration Please register as usual via the SMA Solar Academy homepage. You will receive a confirmation via email. In addition, you receive a second e-mail shortly before the webinar, containing your access data for the webinar meeting room. 
 
Participation via PC  You need speakers or headphones in order to hear the presenter. Apart from this, all you need is a PC with internet access. You can use the following link to test your internet connection and hardware settings: http://admin.adobeconnect.com/common/help/en/support/meeting_test.htm (You also find further help there.)  On the day of the webinar, please enter the webinar meeting room using your access data.
 
Participation via a mobile appliance (tablet)  Please install the app suitable for your mobile appliance:  
 
    Adobe® Connect™ Mobile for iOS  Adobe® Connect™ Mobile
 
After the installation, please follow the link that you received via e-mail. The newly installed app opens automatically and you can enter the webinar meeting room using your access data. Notice: Even though participation via smartphone is possible, we recommend using a tablet.
 
During the webinar You can see and hear the presenter during the webinar. You can ask questions using the chat function of the meeting room. As far as possible, the presenter will answer these questions live during the webinar session.
