any grid tie battery storage units I can buy and install myself that quality for 30% fed tax credit?

webpage below lists several companys that sell batteries, but seems like almost all are either only sold when installed with solar panels by a partner OR not available in USA yet.
which brings me to my question: are there any gridtie back up batteries I can buy and install myself? obviously I can make my own, but not sure if that would qualify for the fed 30% tax credit.
