Batteries

I do have 16 batteries running my solar system. Some of the batteries tested below 6 with my voltmeter and the others at 6.3 - 6.5. Somebody told me that I do have to replace of the batteries because the "bad" ones will effect the "good" ones

please assist

Charge controller brand/model
Batteries brand/model/configuration (age of batteries, series/parallel configuration, AH capacity, etec.)
If flooded cell, can you tell us about the specific gravity?
Wattage of Solar array and configuration (Vmp, Imp, series/parallel configuration)
