GaAs temperature coefficient

Hello everyone,

I am doing circuit simulation of GaAs solar cell can anyone provide me a short circuit current/temperature coefficient and open circuit voltage temperature coefficient.

Isc= + 20 µA/cm²/°C

Vmp= -1.90 mV/°C

Voc= -1.80 mV/°C
