Low or high frequency solar hybrid inverer

You said "Hybrid" inverter... Can you tell us a bit more about your needs/desires?

Is this a full time off grid system, something to save money on power bills, solar emergency backup + dumping power back into the grid (make a bit of money)--If backup power, how long are your expected blackouts/how often/seasonal (i.e., 2 wees every few years, random afternoons, 2 days to get fixed/2-4 weeks to get fixed, during summer/winter, etc.). If for backup, could you support a genset (gasoline, diesel, propane, natural gas)? Looks like you may be in Vietnam?

Inverter based A/C systems are very "off grid power friendly" (can be very efficient, very low or no starting surge, ability run at low power when minimal cooling is needed--i.e., many hours at low power vs a few hours at high power).
