Any ideas who made these panels and when?

Hello! I've got a couple great leads but can't find the definitive origin of my two panels. The completely circular cells and minimal traces sure show their age. I haven't yet tested them as I would like to re-wire them first. They are running off cracked-up & paper insulated 18 gauge wires now. The wire says: Phillips J 18 AWG 2C 5J 300V. The junction boxes were altered post-factory to run the wires from panel a to panel b directly and out b on one dual wire. All help much appreciated!
