Whisper charge controller pcb elements help

Hello friends. I hope that You will help Me. My friend have non working Whisper charge controller. As You can see on pictures that few elements are missing. Can You please write what are the ressistance for missing R36 and R37 smd resistors and also for those 2 missing diodes? Thanks in advance.
