Where To Source Pipe For Top Of Pole Mount

i have been searching the Internet for some place to supply 3" schedule 40 pipe to be used in an IronRidge ground mount setup. I'm in Los Angeles County and the best deal I found so far was $2000 for 160' of pipe. If anyone could lead me in the proper direction, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you.
