California Tax breaks for Cool Roofs on Off Grid homes

Does anyone here know if owners are eligible for a green energy tax incentive for using Elastomeric Cool Roof products on their off grid homes? I'm referring specifically to off grid homes.

Elastomerics are pretty amazing but if you are in a place that is hot, do not expect that treatment to be a substitute for a mini-split heat pump or evaporative cooling. Been there, more than a few times.

Looks like there are federal tax incentive for elastomeric roof coatings as long as they are Energy Star compliant.
