F.69 error code on Schneider XW+ 5548

Powered up a new XW+ inverter out of the box and it came up with an F69 error message. It's a single inverter install and only DC was connected, no AC. Called schneider support and they had me connect the SCP to the xanbus port, but there was no power being supplied to the SCP. Tried the combox with same result; no power. I believe they will eventually ship a replacement, but I suspect it is something fairly simple. Has anyone seen this problem before?

Never had that one. Have you ever installed an XW?
It tells you to clear the fault and try again.
Why did schneider tell you to connect the SCP? I would think you would be following the instruction manual and have that connected before you power-up. Someone may help you here or schneider on monday."we go where power lines don't" Sierra Nevada mountain area
