Unlimited gas, how to best make money on it?

Recently inherited property with 4 screamer gas wells on them. I am looking for the best ideas to generate continuing income vs. selling to a NG resource company. I would like to start a small business that could benefit most from free heat and if I can find a large enough NG generator, free electricity such as an industrial welding shop or other business where electrical power is a major cost of doing business. Please forward suggestions.
