Different voltage reading on 2 charge controllers

I have upgraded my solar now. I am now running a Midnite Classic 150 and a Midnite Kid.
I have set all settings in both controllers the same. I done it like the battery manufactuer said. However when both controllers are hooked up to battery bank the Midnite Kid read .3 volts higher than classic. The classic has a temp sensor installed but the kid does not. Could this be an internal issue thats needs to be fixed? Factory reset? Or firmware update? Or could it be another issue?

When do you see the discrepancy? (daytime while charging, or at night)?
If it's only while charging that would suggest that there is voltage drop in the wiring.
Otherwise, one of the controllers needs to be calibrated... do you have a trustworthy voltmeter?

It happens both when charging and when resting. I did a check also with a multimeter. The reading were the same as classic. It is .3 higher on the Kid1460 Watts Solar @24v. 675 AH Battery Bank using 12 6v Trojan T-105. 1 Midnite Classic 150. 1500 Watt 24v Samlex Pure Sine Inverter

Hi Zakarum
i would think the Kid volts would be lower not higher because the Kid did not have a BTS. So I agree with
vtmaps the Kid needs calibrated.
