ESCO LPT-50 BRD 50 Amp 120 - 240 Volt Automatic Transfer Switch Problems

Had one of these switches before go bad.  The ATS on my Solar/Wind system.   

The time delay circuitry doesn't work, yet when switched to "No Delay" it works but with some voltage bleed over on occasion between neutrals. 

They just replaced it after this explanation and it was fine.    Anyone else have similar issues with these ATS's ?
