Equalization off Generator

Hello,

I'm wondering how to equalize my batteries  , here is the situation I find myself in......I do not have enough power coming in this time of year in Canada to perform an equalization off of my Solar Power via the Mppt......and it looks as though the charging(iota) unit I have doesn't allow for overcharging......I'm looking for a solution so I guess I'm wondering what products or chargers you might suggest moving forward that allows me to eqaulize off my generator.

Here are some of the specs

1. Cotek  2000 pure sine inverter
2.. Tristar MPPt-45 amp controller
3. Iota 55 amp battery charger

 4. 4ea. Rolls Surrette S530 batteries now called S550

5. 3ea.  250 watt solar panels

BlackCherry04 wrote about adjusting the 10 turn pot in his Iota's to jack the voltage up (using the higher voltage jumper plug, or even the IQ4 works too).

Are you able to get the batteries realtively well into absorb using the genset one evening/ early in the next day then let the tristar do the rest of absorb and EQ?
