Raum 3.5 Wind Turbine Tilt-up Tower

I live in Wyoming, and I have a customer that needs assistance in leveling his Raum 3.5kw wind turbine tilt-up tower. The tower sits on 3 bolts. 1 large bolt that has a nut, that when taken-off allows the tower (approx 35ft high I think?) to tilt on a swivel. Does anyone have a manual for this tower that I could read so I understand how to level this tower without damaging something or getting someone hurt. Thanks!
