Can anyone recommend an online Solar Array Desgin Tool?

I need to design my strings and inverters for a 500kW project on a rooftop.

    For large projects--That pretty much is approaching the need for a professional engineer to do the designing.

    What is it you are looking for? Electrical design (what size inverter, a bunch of 10 kWatt units or a large 500 kWatt central inverter)? Mechanical?

    I'm looking at 6-100kW inverters and I was looking for a software to help by positioning panels into strings and calculating W and amps for wire sizing and combined boxes etc
