Hybrid wind/solar system with dynamic diversion

Hello everybody.
Im planning doing some improvements to my 12v system in my cabin.
Im looking for a hybrid charger with dynamic diversion.
I have 200w pv, 400w wind generator and 240Ah battery bank.
Is there a complete system for this or units that can be connected together?
With dynamic diversion I mean that energy not used to charge the batteries is led to inverter to ac loads not via relays.

Any advice will be helpful
