The specifications tab on that page says it is not Energy Star Qualified.

Having an Energy Guide rating, even a relatively low on in the comparable range, is not the same as having an Energy Star Rating.
Even the Energy Guide label is screwed up in that it both states that an annual energy use was not available and then it gives one.
