I have two strings of 3 panels can I connect one string of 3 in series and on e set in Parallel
6 panels of 200 watts

    You can make two strings of three and put those two strings in parallel if that is what you are asking.
    Or, if they are feeding different devices you can make one series string of 3 (say to a GTI) and one parallel group of three (going to a PWM CC). Just do not try to mix the series and the parallel groups.
