As some of probably happened already. You start to get alot wired to your batteries and it looks like a mess. What i am looking for is similiar to this http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000KIV23Q/ref=s9_simh_gw_p422_d0_i4?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=desktop-1&pf_rd_r=1JPV90J18W9Z7BAGF1T7&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=2079475242&pf_rd_i=desktop. But it needs to go on my Trojans t-105 batteries embedded low profile terminal

It is often a good and SAFE thing if you make only one or two connections to the battery -- Inverter, and a Main buss for all else. Then, run the Main buss cable to a DC distribution box, where each circuit has its own circuit breaker.
This is much safer than just connecting numerous loads to the battery, even if in-line fuses are used ... if you understand what I'm trying to say.

If you could link something to show i would understand alot better. I was also thinking of theses also http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B002INJXO6/ref=s9_simh_gw_p200_d0_i1?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=desktop-1&pf_rd_r=0AEBRQJ6CF3Q4NHZCZT9&pf_rd_t=36701&pf_rd_p=2079475242&pf_rd_i=desktop1460 Watts Solar @24v. 675 AH Battery Bank using 12 6v Trojan T-105. 1 Midnite Classic 150. 1500 Watt 24v Samlex Pure Sine Inverter

Hi Zak..,
The Blue Sea battery terminal fuse-holder look slick, and inexpensive. These have gained respect on this Forum, but I have never used them. These are fairly commonly used as protection for each parallel-connected battery string.
One of those BS fuse holders could be used to connect a large cable between your battery and a box that has a number of DC circuit breakers, each breaker for each individual circuit or item needing DC power. You would probably want a fairly large circuit breaker for your inverter, as it is often convenient, and perhaps a safety item, to be able to switch the DC power to your inverter when needed.
Here is a link to some MidNite e-panels, which collect essentially all of the DC, and most/all AC functions, as well:

If your system is fairly small, a simple breaker box might suffice for your connections to DC devices ... here are a couple:
