New array small roof . Which panels ?

Hi I'm planing adding additional array to my hybrid system .
I have midnite 150 available .
I'm looking for panels with an high efficiency and best w/m2 possible as I only have left a very. Small area of roof facing south ... Seen the sun power e20 seem to fit in my requirements any opinion on them or alternatives ?

I very tempted to install them a ~ north 30•northeast roof ... Will it worth ???

From what I understand, Sun Power makes top of the line solar panels... However, they can be hard to get (Sun Power used to only sell through their installers--It was difficult to find panels retail)--Don't know their present policy.

Also, the price of their panels may not be cheap.
