info on heat exchanger sizing

Hello, I am looking for some information on how to do detailled liquid to liquid heat exchanger sizing for a solar thermal closed loop glycol system. I would like to get into the details of heat transfer (i.e Btu, temp. in and out, etc.). Is there a good source out there on the web for this info?
