trimetric efficiancy settings

The trimetric comes with a default 96% efficiancy setting and an explination for why it is put there. I have changed my setting to 90% so that the amps I put back in is about ten percent more then I take out.
Many times to get the sg readings up, I charge to 102% to 103% charged.
For those of you that run trimetrics, what do you feel comfortable with on your settings that make you have more confadence in your trimetric readings.
