Solar Edge p400 optimizer

Just saw these on ebay and rather pricey if you have many panels. Would like to get feedback from the forum if these units added to each panel would be worth the investment. Looks like its a MPPT per panel.
Please advise...

    SolarEdge optimizers only work in SolarEdge system with SolarEdge grid-tied inverters. I think it is the best system when shading issues are involved. Not sure, but believe the 400W units can handle 2 panels each.

    looks like they can be use with any system as they seem to take the PV input and individually Power Track each panel...one unit per panel...
