We are having a sale for the holiday season. It begins on Friday, November 28 and extends through Thursday, December 5. Your entire order will qualify for a 5% discount, excluding clearance items and shipping charges. Payment must be received within the sale period to qualify for the discount. The coupon code will be HOLIDAY2014 which will automatically apply the discount at checkout after entering the code. You can also phone in your order if you prefer. However, our office will be closed on Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving. Sales associates will be available on Monday to take your sale calls. Orders may be placed on the website at any time. Hey is there anyone else out there that has been unable to get through on the phone lines to NAWS to purchase some items on the sale offer?

I have spent all Monday and Thursday and today trying to get through and all I got on the 1-800 line was "ALL CIRCUITS ARE BUSY" not even a ring of the line. I had less trouble today getting through on the 1-928 line. I was unable to attempt calling on Tuesday PM and Wed as I was busy with other responsibilities...

Tuesday AM I managed to get hold of a sales rep on the 1-928 line and waited to no avail for a return call...???

Then gave up waiting as I had to get on with other issues...

I just called their 800 number (of course, they are closed now). But it did work fine for me.

You might need to contact your phone company. I have had weird problems on rare occasions with my Voice over IP phone. Or, try a home vs cell phone call too.

?? I have never had a problem with contacting them before. Maybe Arizona Bell (?) doesn't like us up here... strange.
The rep I spoke to on Tuesday commented that Monday had been quieter than usual...

I called their direct line . the 877 /800 I had the same message . Rather do internet sales as it remembers my purchases & when a mistake is found , I know how it happened.

Bill I just cleared it, clicked on "store" and managed to see the 1-800 number for about 15 seconds then it went to -1-877

The actual phone number is 800-383-0195 or 928-526-8017.

The number is changing intentionally. We're doing some research which requires us to show multiple phone numbers.
Sorry for the confusion.

The different phone numbers should always get you through to Northern Arizona Wind and Sun regardless, I am checking to see if there is any issues since a couple folks mentioned not being able to get through which is odd.

I really appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

The message has never changed since it started: "all circuits are busy" No ring tone before the message.
