A good hybrid charge controller

Hi all,

I have a whisper 600 wind generator and 900 watts of solar. I have the charge controller that came with the whisper (EZ Connect) but that can only handle 400w solar and it’s dead anyway. I was wondering if anyone can suggest a good hybrid charge controller that could handle that, preferably one with a dump load and brake.
