PV cables raceway installation

Hi!!
The installers have run the wires as u can see in the following pic
Attachment not found.
The ground cables are running in a HDPE conduit so i guess it should not the bonded at both ends.
What about the DC cables? Should they be bonded?

    Are the conduits really metallic all the way to the next junction box? Or are they just sleeves through which the HDPE passes through the wall?
    I could see some people putting HDPE sleeves just over the ends of the wires where they come out of the threaded conduit just for abrasion protection. (Not an NEC approved way of doing it, BTW.)

    Any rigid pipe used as a sleeve, if "likely to become energized", needs to be bonded to an EGC/Ground anyway.
