Help with setting up relay as transfer switch with xw6048

Hi team
I setting up a 6kw offgrid with xw6048 inverter
Currently I have xw6048 setup with ac1 on but the Inverter is using 150w from the grid
I was told I could use a 12 v relay as transfer switch to fix this issue
I don't want to use the grid unless my battery at 50%
I can some tell me what relay to buy and how to setup with xw6048
Grid is 80amp

Hi been there ... What I did
You need a big contractor in my case 50amps 230vac with 230v coil ...

These contactors some exist at 12v but they consume much more than the xw6048 can give on the aux port ( from head 250ma) .
So I bought a small 12v relay that then open or close the 230v coil from the contactor ..
So one small 12v relay that opens or close the 230v circuit of a bigger contactor ...

Now I configured te aux port to voltage points to open or close the aux just follow the manual...

After some weeks I dint like it as the transfer seems to cause some stress on the xw and i found a better solution IMHO

Enable the sell to grid and check the max amps sell ...
In my case with the maxamps to 0.3 amps I get an almost zero grid injection and no consumption until batt reaches grid support voltage in my case 49v


This works pretty well for me... Better than the relay
