I have a chance to but a couple of Trojan T-105's. I was wondering if there was any way (tests) to quickly determine if they are ok. I'll see if I can find out some history, but I don't know the sellers.

Re: Used Batteries
if it's over the internet, forget it as there's no way of knowing.
if in person you can check voltages, specific gravity, and electrolyte levels, but a load test is the only true way to determine what they will do for sure and that usually takes an hour or more. -
Re: Used Batteries
Used T-105s should be pretty cheap, unless you know the history.
There not very expensive in the first place
