This is an old thread... 11 years old, and Unicornio has not been back to the forum since 2016... Add that Outback has been sold to another owner, you may have to start with Outback directly to find local (to Spain) support.

amercasa should start looking for alternatives to Outback.  About 7 of the installers I know are having problems just getting a fan for Radians. Outback is answering phones but very little available for service.
That was always their strong point over Schneider, service parts. I will add that Schneider gear when installed and commissioned properly, mostly does not need service parts😉

Yep One year out and still no warranty or support for an Outback radian installed only after two years of service.
I should point out everything was Outback. Now replaced with everything Midnite,Rosie,Barcelona with their boxes and Power flo batteries.
