How much power would I lose if I used the following panel with a pwm charger on a 24 vdc battery system?

STC Power Rating 235W
PTC Power Rating 213.3W
Peak Efficiency 14.44%
Number of Cells 60
Imp 7.94A
Vmp 29.6V
Isc 8.4A
Voc 37.3V

You wouldn't lose any power using that panel on a 24 Volt system with a PWM charge controller.
The problem would be that with a Vmp of 29.6 the battery may never be brought up to full Voltage. Once the panel heats up its Voltage goes down. Factor in further Voltage losses in wiring and you may not be able to achieve the 28.8 Absorb Voltage normally needed on a 24 Volt system.
