Have not used PV Watts for a while. Note that there is a newish Beta that,
" ... is a beta release of a new version of PVWatts ® (March, 2014). This version combines the capabilities of PVWatts V1, PVWatts V2 and IMBY. ... " :

This version appears to have better geographic resolution for Solar/WX Data.
