What is this type of blemish on a solar panel?

I have five new old stock LG Mono-X 270 watt panels. All five seem to be working well but one panel has two areas with what I am guessing is a delamination issue? I only need four panels for my RV so it is not terrible (the other four panels seem to be blemish free). This panel with the blemishes actually performed a few % higher output than the others in my test.

Does it look like delamination, maybe during manufacturing? It is only visible from certain angles and is sparkly, like little dots. How likely that it would develop into an issue down the road? I am guessing it would not be solder flux or trapped moisture?

No idea what it is (not that I am any expert)... If the performance is OK, the vendor probably will not replace.
