Kyocera Junction Box

Hi Everyone- The junction box on my Kyocera KD140SX panels have knockouts. What is the recommended way of removing them?

    Give a quick hit at the heel of a flat head screw driver to pop out the knockout on the J-box.

    Thanks Andy- Maybe that info was on some papers that came with the panels but I misplaced them.
