This is what happened to my 12v 110v grid tie system at 1270 watts 24volts.
The line was regulated by a diversion load controller to keep the voltage at startup for a 12v inverter.
the box was the last junction on the inside of the array, where the line went directly inside the structure after 10 feet or so. Maybee a combiner box may have helped where the string ended, I don't think so though, My 24v inverter broke and I resorted to my old 12v one. My weather station also broke @the same Olympic event!:grr:cry:blush::confused:
