'upside-down' panel/micro-inverter install?

Any reason to avoid installing a row of panels with their junction boxes (and micro-inverter) closer to the dirt than the sky?
I have two rows of 17 that I plan to center-tap and having the top row upside-down could reduce the junction box count by one because all the cables are close.
