using panels with differing voltages?

Sanyo 60 volt panels in parallel with 30 volt panels. Using a MPPT Morningstar TriStar 45/60 or similar.

Ok to do? Pros and cons?

Are those really Vmp=60 volts and Vmp=30 volt panels?

What is the battery bank voltage? 24 volt or less? If you go with 60 volt Vmp panels, you cannot use them on most controllers with a 48 volt battery bank. Vmp=60 volts is too low of voltage for charging a 48 volt bank and Vmp-array=120 volts is too high for most MPPT charge controllers (including the typical MorningStar TS family).
