I saw a good post on how to connect mc4 to pv cable. I cant find it now. Anyone know ???

I am trying to connect my pv wire to a mcf cable. I have all the little metal sleeves that the wire goes, in as well as the plastic mc4 connector. I have never had to put these on my self so im not sure what the process is.

I know I saw a good post with exact directions. If anyone has a link I would appreciate it.
