how can i install these

Hey guys, I'm in haiti and i was wondering how i can install these? I thought about the roof but i have no idea what would be the easiest parts wise. i plan on flying back to Ky next week and i wanted to bring back the supplies to attach them,

    do you want them on the ground or is the roof pic just there??
