* Not To Code ;)

After my last question about circuit breaker orientation and using circuit breakers as switches, I came up with this idea. How do you like it ?? I still need some little screws and one more CB.
There will be a Lexan cover over the bus bar and it will be mounted to Hardie board over plywood.
These battery circuit breakers will be about 18" of 1/0 wire from the battery.
Also a pic of the container and the battery box. One of the uprights for the pivoting array is mounted on the left side; still lots of diagonals and assembly to go :D

    How did you make these nice rectangular holes?

    I have a cordless Rigid tool that has a vibrating half circle shaped saw blade. Dremel makes them, also. The larger holes for the CBs I drilled a 3/4" hole and used a jigsaw. Then wrapped sandpaper around a chunk of wood or flat file to clean them up.
    It was good practice for cutting mounting holes for some other CBs in the expensive electrical box I bought.
